Donovan Harns joined Joplin Baseball as the team's first General Manager in December 2025. Harns is a respected member of the Joplin community having served as a collegiate basketball coach and an event coordinator for the Joplin Sport Authority. He is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University and Joplin native.

Jen Wunder joined Joplin Baseball as the team's first Assistant General Manager in February 2026. She is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Master of Fine Arts. Jen brings a nearly decade of sports marketing experience and a fan-first vision to help launch a new era of baseball in Joplin.
